6 generations in a family business ensure constant quality
The heart of our nursery has been in Wernhout for centuries. Here, seeds are sown automatically in various plug sizes, and the young plants receive all the care necessary to grow into strong plug plants. Cultivation takes place at two locations with a total of 5.5 hectares of polytunnels and 1 hectare of greenhouse.
From Wernhout, we supply our plugs to growers and traders both at home and abroad. De Douglas has now grown into an internationally oriented tree nursery.
