We are looking for a:

Cultivation Technician

What will you be doing?

As a cultivation technician at our tree nursery, you will be responsible for the optimal development of our plug plants. Your duties will include:

  • Assessing the water requirements of the plugs and carrying out irrigation.
  • Adjusting and optimizing fertilization to improve plant quality and adapting it to the different seasons.

What do we require from you?

  • Experience in the agricultural sector is an advantage.
  • You are motivated and eager to develop yourself.
  • Knowledge of cultivation techniques, irrigation, and crop protection is an advantage.
  • You work accurately, are responsible, and are able to work independently.
  • You speak Dutch and preferably English as well.

  • Hours and duties to be determined in consultation.
  • A salary and employment conditions in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement (CAO) for Open Field Crops.
